Packing and Delivery:
- Minimum online order value is £100
- UK mainland customers - packaging and delivery is free within the UK mainland on orders over £300.
- Carriage to UK Mainland will be charged at a subsidised rate of £9.00 on orders under £300.
- Online orders can be shipped to UK and Europe and the individual shipping costs can be seen in the checkout. For International orders please email: sales@naysmith.ltd.uk
- DUTY : all duties etc. levied by customs are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be paid direct to the carrier.
- Any incorrect or damaged deliveries must be brought to our attention within five days of receipt of delivery.
- Our prices are based on delivering goods in bulk to one address.
Terms of Payment:
- A credit account may be opened for future orders subject to receipt of satisfactory references. Please e-mail sales@naysmith.ltd.uk for a credit application form.
- Thereafter, payment is due strictly 30 days from date of invoice, by cheque, BACS, bank draft or International Money Transfer. Customers paying by bank transfer are requested to advise us of the date and value of the payment.
- Customers using International Money Transfer should elect to pay both bank charges.
- We reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% per month on all overdue accounts
Value Added Tax:
- VAT will be charged at the current rate for all destinations within the United Kingdom.
- Customers within the European Union are exempt from VAT provided they supply us with their valid VAT registration number.
- Export orders outside the European Union are exempt from VAT, subject to proof of export.
Goods For Return:
- Customers are requested not to return faulty or damaged goods without first contacting us. This enables us to resolve the situation in the most appropriate manner.
All goods remain the property of Naysmith Ltd until paid for in full and untill all monies due by you and resting owing to Naysmith Ltd have been settled.
